The home sleeps up to 25 across 8 bedrooms, 16 beds, and 4.5 baths. There's 1 living room/bedroom on the main floor, 5 large bedrooms upstairs, and 2 bedrooms in the walkout basement unit.

What's included in the stay?

You get the entire main house on a 5.6-acre estate, with a chef's eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, multiple living rooms, and a billiards room. Outside you'll find a private hot tub, pickleball court, firepit, BBQ area, sun beds, and alfresco dining.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are welcome, but only in the two-bedroom basement unit, and this is strictly enforced. There's a $60 per pet fee, and other animals need pre-approval.

What are the pet house rules?

No pets on furniture, in bedrooms, or in the tub, and pets shouldn't be left unattended unless crated. Bring their own bedding if you can, or ask the host for extra pet blankets.

What are the check-in and checkout times?

Check-in is 4:00 PM–11:00 PM with self check-in via keypad, and checkout is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout can be added for $75 each.
